報名訊息說明
一、參訪日期: 2023年11月16日-17日 2天；Date: November 16-17, 2023.

五、活動人數：限額32人 (錄取條件1.報名順序，先報名者優先入取。2.外籍生至少12名) ，報名學生須遵照住宿安排，男女分開住，分二人房或四人房。
Number of participants: 32 people Only 32 participants with at least 12 foreign students will be approved on a first come, first served basis, so register as soon as possible! Students have to follow the arrangement of accommodation, which is either 2-person rooms or 4-person rooms with male and female participants being separated.
六、活動對象：本系學生(以外籍碩博班優先)。
Participants: Students in the Department of Physics with priority reservation for foreign master's and doctoral students
七、參加費用：需代墊2000元，全程參與者於活動後，請申請傳志獎學金補助2000元。
Participation fee: A deposit of NT$2,000 is required. Participants should apply for the Chuanzhi Scholarship to receive a subsidy of NT$2,000 after the activity.
八、錄取名單將於每周五公告，錄取者請於公告後3天內繳交報名費。
The list of registered participants will be announced online on every Friday, and the registration fee must be paid to linyu within 3 days after the list is announced.
